Many hours to put together with two people but worth it! Our grandkids love it!It was a bit big for our apt. We weren't able to put the staircase on the right side and still get in the door but we still used it on the other side luckily it can be free standing without it. I wish you could choose which way the l shape goes. They sent two of the same board for the stairs but at that point I wasn't able to disassemble to send back and start over so had to make out own adjustments to make it fit. One of the holes in one of the stairs wasn't drilled possibly bc of the wrong board but over all its sturdy without it. They love the loft section made like a little fort with a couch and bean bag under it to game or readInstructions were well explained to me. Took about 4 to 5 hours total to put together. I am more than satisfied with my purchase. My boys love it. They done wAnna leave there room!I bought this for my beach rental house. Solid wood construction with a nice white finish. Plenty of room on the bottom bunk for adults but the ladder to the top bunk is small and only suited well for kids. One piece came damage. I notified the manufacturer and had a new replacement piece within 3 days. Only down side is the L shape is not reversible, meaning the long portion of the bed will be on the right. This was an oversight on my part when buying but still worked out great. I was able to assemble by myself in about 4 hours. there are a lot of pieces but they are all well labeled. I would recommend.If you are organized in your assembly, this is a breeze! Husband and I separated all the pieces and did everything step by step following the directions; it did take a while, but the assembly went like clockwork. This is a GREAT SETUP. Very sturdy. Well made. My grandchildren love it, but it is also perfect for adults. The grey is a true-to-grey color. The recommendation is for a thin mattress, but I used an 8" and they worked just fine.I would recommend this to anyone.Delivered ahead of schedule. Perfect shape.Good quality for the price. My kids love their new bunk bed. Perfect size. Good customer service. They were very accommodating when I had an issue with the hardware not being included in the initial purchase. They sent the hardware right away.Wow, this thing rocks! We have 5 kids... soon to be six, and we needed to figure out how to get 4 in one room. They are in LOVE! Took some time to assemble, but that’s to be expected for a 4 bed bunk. I’m so happy to say that it is not only beautiful but sturdy! This was a total win!Nice bed for price my kids love it
